The Atlanta Streetcar started its service in 2014, motivating the evolution of the city and facilitating the connection of two important areas of downtown. It is fundamental to reviving areas of commerce and tourism.

Hop on Board is a campaign created by a small group of senior graphic design students at Georgia State University. The campaign consisted of creating awareness for this method of transportation in the city. We created printed materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and ideated a digital approach that explained the system and its benefits.

The main print piece, a gate-fold brochure was designed to enhance the idea of our campaign hopping on board and exploring the city in a different way. The layout of the brochure allowed us to replicate the streetcar doors, as if opening the brochure was getting on the streetcar. Information about the project, schedules, maps and boarding stops were integral to the brochure

The campaign idea was also complemented by an app to facilitate the users to navigate the system and view arrival schedules, boarding points and real time streetcar information. While having and maintaining social media channels to spread news and awareness of the streetcar.
